I did an interesting test today. I've been using my Bunn with Ditting burrs for quite some time, 99% for drip. When I do use it for espresso (my MCAL), it certainly grinds fine enough. I can easily choke a double basket with 16 grams. It also grinds nice and fluffy. Almost too fluffy. It's .
